Can I refund Gems after using them?

1. All game actions that cost Gems will have a pop-up confirmation window. E.g., when you spend Gems to buy a speed up or item, a window will pop up asking if you would like to confirm. You must select confirm to complete the action and spend the Gems.

2. As a real-time strategy MMO, it's important for us to maintain global balance and fairness. Because of this, we're unable to perform Gem refunds for any player or undo any game actions for any player.
