War and Order Help

1. Every day, the Top 3 alliances (taken as of server refresh time) will have their flags displayed in front of the Royal City as a symbol of their power.
2. Players can Send Flowers to their favorite of the top alliances. Each player can only send flowers once per day. You earn a reward for sending flowers.
3. The alliances who get flowers will receive Alliance Points as a reward.
